You can view your points balance and transaction history by logging into your AHI Advantage dashboard, app or the online Rewards Shop. You will also receive regular email updates that include your points balance, rewards, the latest offers and more.

You can redeem anytime on the Rewards Shop or via your AHI Advantage app. Simply log in with your email address and password to make a redemption. If you don’t know your password, give us a call and we can reset it for you.

If you don;t use your points, they will expire three years after the date they were issued. We will advise you of your points that risk expiry via your AHI Advtantage email updates and redemption emails, so be sure to check your inbox.
You will be given 90 days to spend your points before your account is closed down.
